What if they placed the warning notice on the windshield and not on the home owners door, would you consider this ‘property management’ NOTproperly managing their property because they did not know where the vehicle belonged? And if they listed the WRONG street name the vehicle was on, also indicate poor management?

Tiss, an UNregistered vehicle is not the same as “tag expiration”. If the tags were removed and turned into DMV and the insurance was cancelled, THEN it would be an UNREGISTERED vehicle.

Professo, “renew” the registration? If the tags and registration were turned into the DMV and CANCELLED, then the registration would need “renewel”.
