Here is my current situation: I am a 30 year old male, married with 2 children in a suburb of Indianapolis. I am currently an accountant for a firm and not completely happy with my job. I have recently started a real estate investment/property management company with a family member. He is the bank roll and I am the “worker bee.” I have a strong interest in starting a lawn mowing service for residential and commercial. It would be something part-time while doing the rental property part-time so I can leave my full-time job. What would it take (or how much work) to make approximately $25,000-$30,000 per year with the lawn service? Do you think this is a good idea? I am 6 weeks away from earning my MBA and sick of sitting at a desk and staring at a spreadsheet all day long!!!
