I am currently signed into a 1 year lease with my Property Manager in Western Pennsylvania. The company in addition to being in Property Management is also a Real Estate Agency. When we resigned our lease it was brought to our attention that if we sign with the company as an Agent we would be able to break our lease without penalty.
Since we would not be able to afford to pay a monthly lease penalty on top of a new mortgage I am inclined to sign with the company. I have reviewed our Lease Terms and it’s pretty iron clad, there really is no way to get ourselves out of this without paying a monetary penalty. We’ve been signed with this company as renters going on 5 years now.
Could signing with them be a conflict of interest?
What kinds of questions should I ask?
What kind of documents could be considered suspicious in my situation?
Has anyone else gone this route?

They have 3 agents in 3 countries that act as the driving force of the
company. The company is growing dynamically and its formation is
ongoing with less than a year of its establishment.
At this particular moment they are expanding their business area and
increasing the number of property units in their database and working
on the construction of their website to mark their 1year anniversary
in March 2010. For this reason, they are widening their network of
real estate agents.
Duties:
1). Receiving rent payment/cheques from UK customers
2). Process these payments for clearance at your bank.
3). Deduct 10% from total amount as commission after cheques clearance
4). Sending rent payments to Landlords which is %90 of the cheques amount
Salary Includes:
1). 10% from each received rent payment same day you receive it (cheques).
2). £1,000 per month. First salary you get after 31 days from the day
you start working.
You will receive 1-5 Rent payments per week in amounts ranging from:
£750- £4,000 respectively.
Requirements:
1). UK residential address.
2). UK work authorization.
3). Must be 18years and above.
4). Computer knowledge
*We do not need your banking details but you must own a bank account.
*You do not require an active agent license.

greatest advantage of this position is its remote character and the
possibility of spending only few hours a day working while earning a
base £12,000 per annum and commissions up to £300 per week pending on
